Designed and delivered two sessions focusing on bringing two teams together and to help them move forward.
It was decided the first session should focus on integrating the dynamics of the two areas Architecture & Planning. The purpose was to assist the two areas in having a better understanding of each other. We did this using Storytelling.
After introducing the team to the strucure and principles of telling a good story, they were then prompted to write vision stories to share. This inspired an interesting dynamic of future thinking, bringing to life different perspectives.
This sharing of perspectives was essential towards aligning the teams exposing gaps and opportunities for positive growth.
The second session we designed and delivered a Future Mapping process where the two teams created a concrete model of what the current reality and a desired future state accompanied with a strategy to achieve this.
