Creative Leadership

Creative Leadership

Creativity is an essential skill required for all leaders and managers.

The fast pace and complexity of today's business world requires leaders to be open to new ideas, flexible in thought and behaviour and confident in moving forward in a new direction.

Success belongs to those who can anticipate what's happening and adapt the fastest. In order to recognise what's happening or about to happen leaders must be able to break their own patterns before guiding others to the required change.

Improv Solutions have identified 7 Competencies of Creative Leaders. These are a combination of hard and soft skills that exist within each other. They are competencies that come under both the Creative Intelligence and Emotional Intelligence banner.

Who should be a Creative Leader?
