How does it work?

The Imagination Stimulator is ideally done off-site. This is an important step as it takes people out of their familiar surroundings and brings them together somewhere different.
Step 2: Safe!
The Imagination Stimulator then works to create a safe and supportive environment. Expectations and assumptions are dealt with up front and the guidelines of the session are agreed upon. Status is levelled and the elimination of the fear of failure and judgement is initiated.
Step 3: Extend!
The Imagination Stimulator extends (never breaks!) the participants comfort zone by taking them on a creative journey where they experience the 4 principles of Creativity.
Step 4: Tools!
The Imagination Stimulator helps the participants discover and create their own toolkit to sustain Creativity and Innovation in the workplace, which also benefit their life outside work.
Step 5: In!
The Imagination Stimulator finishes off-site with the participants aware of what is required, having experienced Creativity & Innovation and now equipped to continue this journey back in the workplace.
Post session: We report on our assessment of the participants and the session and work with you to determine what areas require more focus for future sustainability of Creativity & Innovation.

While everyone needs it we recommend working with leaders first as usually it is at this level that creativity is either nurtured or tortured. This is not to say all leaders need to be super-creative but that they need to understand what value it adds to their business and how they can support it.
