All participants are videoed delivering a prepared presentation and then run through their strengths and opportunities.

Stand & Deliver merges pedagogical science with improvisation to give participants the confidence to discover, and then trust their natural way of presenting and using it as an effective way to influence others.

Our Presentation Principles:
- Preparation
Preparation is 25% of a successful presentation. You must know your content. The other 75% is HOW you present.
- You are the message
There's no need for hours of PowerPoint preparation. Tap into your own creativity rather than resorting to the old software package. Use YOUR natural abilities, rather than forcing them into a set presenter's formula.
- Storytelling
If you can tell a story (and we all can) then you have the ability to be an excellent presenter. You just need to know how best to use your tools.
- Environment
Use your environment to help set the tone of your presentation (visual aids, music, audience set up). Be audience-conscious at all times. After all, they're the reason you are there!
- Tools
Tools can aid or harm your presentation. Know when and how to best use your presentation tools to gain maximum effect of imparting your message.
