To introduce and align the values of an internal re-brand to the company and included presentation coaching of the main speakers for the initial presentation to the company staff.
This was followed by a management workshop and a series of staff workshops based around storytelling to help and align embed the new organizational Values. It also included participation in the development of a values toolkit for managers.

After a period of consultation and refinement our client had come to a point where their internal brand characteristics were ready to be presented to their staff.
