Shareholder Services division had been introduced to a new strategy. What's the Story focused on a session that brought the strategy to life as a way to embed the new strategy for the managers. By creating and presenting their own strategy stories not only were the managers introduced to a new tool as a way of learning and communicating, they also got to see others perspectives on the new strategy.
