The Clinique team was one with strong personalities with differing characteristics. There were also new members to the team. The brief was to create a strong bond between members and discover new ways of working together as a team. Improv Solutions gave the Clinique team a new found attitude and unity, which was very apparent within the Estee Lauder organization.
