What our client has said

"Thanks for your fantastic support with our Mainland Leadership Group (MLG) 'Good2Great' event. It surely has gone down as a big success and your team's contribution made all the difference.

As we discussed when planning the event back in late April, we considered our 'conference' to be a very important occasion. The key message to our MLG was that in order for Mainland to make the transition from a good company to a great one, we need to do things better and do things differently. As the organizers then, our critical challenge was for the event to model and reflect the message. You will recall how eager I was to present an experience that the audience could not expect or predict. I believe together we hit these goals.

With the benefit now of two weeks post event reflection and following a good deal of feedback, I can report that our people were both impressed with and energized by the occasion. I've had a lot of very positive e-mails, phone calls and corridor conversations, all have been liberally punctuated with smiles. Our managers have all gone back to their respective parts of the company, more focused through the communication of a clear strategic agenda, more engaged as members of our wider leadership group and more optimistic about the future.

Geoff Norgate our CEO was delighted that the new mission has been so effectively launched.

Of course, both the audience and my personal favourite part of the programme was the very creative performance arts workshops culminating in the 'Mainland Way' concert. Bellisimo! It is no coincidence that this was the part of the agenda that had your biggest stamp on it.

For my part I really enjoyed working with you guys and felt we quickly formed a high performance partnership (to borrow some spiel from my bookshelf). From the first day I carried my mood boards into your office for our 'blue sky' session I sensed you were people I could trust, who could understand and add to my ideas, who could help make things happen. I quickly came to appreciate as well the value of your wide connections within the performance arts community that were subsequently to be a key element of the 'Mainland Way' exercise.

Mainland Products Ltd is very much a satisfied customer. We will certainly be happy to recommend your professional services to others and hopefully there will be opportunities for Improv Solutions to work with us again in the future."
