Team Player
Re: MAC Cosmetics counter managers conference
The MAC Head office team wanted to take the opportunity to express our gratitude for the inspirational experience received at our Counter Managers Conference.
From our brief you managed to conduct a very successful workshop, the feedback we have received on the principles you imparted around communication and successful team dynamics has been exceptionally positive.
Thank you once again and we look forward to working with you in the future.
Yours faithfully

Re: TV3 conference Puka Park Lodge
We really appreciated your Team Player training day at our department's recent retreat at Puka Park.
The team has given me very enthusiastic feedback about how helpful they found the various sessions.
I felt Wade and Steve read the group well, and responded very appropriately to where they were at. As promised, you didn't push anyone beyond their comfort zone, but I think we all felt challenged as well.
We certainly came away with better appreciation of each other, and our team dynamic.
I would be happy to act as referee to clients, if you would find that helpful.
Thanks again to both of you for your excellent work.

Re: Clinique team day
I recently required the skills of Improv Solutions to facilitate a Team Building session. The idea of Team Building often conjures up negative images of pushing your personal boundaries and many team hugs, a sentiment that many of my colleagues shared. However we could not have been more
inaccurate from the amazing experience that Improv Solutions provided.
Steve and Wade are a dynamic duo. They set the scene and then dissolve into the background to allow us to step up and push ourselves. Their ideas are fresh, fun, and most importantly, relevant.
There is a discussion at the end of each new session for the team members to express their ideas and share with the group. This is candid and allows us to learn more about the behaviours of our work peers and why we communicate in the manner we do.
This has resulted in more tolerance and a happy work environment.
The feedback from my team was so constructive we booked Improv Solutions to take us through an Empowerment session. The results were immediate and the positive turnaround in our decision making processes and support of each other immeasurable.
I have recommended Improv Solutions to other managers and will continue to engage in their programmes. They are true catalysts of change.

Re: House of Travel
"Not all of the participants were "eager beavers" but The Team Player's style and presentation soon had everybody relaxed and enjoying themselves. We were able to take away an interesting resource and a new wave of ideas as to how we could possibly approach some team issues.
We laughed a lot, sometimes at ourselves, explored our feelings and felt exhilarated at the end of the session. The Team Player found a balance between the serious and the funny and respected all the individual differences within the group."

Re: Nandos team day
"In our effort to foster a harmonious and productive team culture we brought in Improv Solutions to work their Team Player philosophy. What impressed me was that they did not try and force their style of teamwork onto us but rather assisted in helping our young team to discover the principles of teamwork for themselves.
There was much fun and laughter and at the end of the day everyone commented on how much they took away with them. The Team Player is a very user-friendly approach to developing a team culture that lasts rather than just a passing fad.
If you're after something that is effective and different from off the shelf programmes then I recommend the Team Player."

Re: OCG Consulting – Communication
Improv Solutions ran a session which enabled everyone to mix and learn on a level very different from that which is normally expected. The session was fun, energetic and the outputs insightful.
The brief was to enhance communication and demonstrate some of the norms in our business around team and group interaction.
Even as we played games we were able to see which sorts of communication worked and which didn't. People solved problems, laughed together and found themselves in some very unusual positions!
The session is recommended for any team who wants loosening up, fun and learning all in the same package.
